When New Year rolls around, I’ve always liked to look back on the past year, see how I did, what I need to improve on & also what I need to let go of. Usually, I learn a lot from the reflection & it helps me go into the next year feeling clear about what I want to accomplish.
These are my goals for 2015:
Let Go + Let Flow. I’ve always planned my days down to the last minute, which has become tiring + stale! I’ve been letting go & practicing not having a plan. Without a set plan, I allow the unexpected to happen. That can be magic & much better than what I ever could have planned!
Cook + experiment with new recipes.
